Rent Payment Options
We are offering three options for paying your monthly rent. Pick from the below options, but remember that the late fee of 10% of the due rent per month does charge your account after the 3rd day of each month. If choosing option two, keep in mind that in order for it to be considered on time it must be post marked on or before the 1st of every month.
